ANTARES FIRE is formulated from synthetic esters and special additives and is classified as ISO-L-HFDU lubricant. ANTARES FIRE has very good fire-resistance thus reducing the possibilità of ignition by hot or molten metals, electric sparks, naked flames and similar potential sources of fire which can occur in case of leakage of fluid or rupture of the hydraulic circuit. This latter characteristic is attested to by the fact that it passes the Factory Mutual Standard Spray Flammability Test. ANTARES FIRE is a biodegradabile product with high viscosity index which permits its use over an extremely wide range of temperatures. It separates rapidly from water ensuring correct lubrication of the system. ANTARES SYNT 32 si differenzia inoltre dai normali fluidi idraulici grazie ad un punto di scorrimento più basso, un ottimo potere demulsificante e un’estrema resistenza all’ossidazione che garantiscono una lunga durata d’esercizio. ATOIL T 80 è un olio per cambi e differenziali con un campo d’impiego molto vasto. L’ottimo comportamento viscosità - temperatura assicura ottimale fluidità entro un ampio intervallo di temperature. Olio base di altissima qualità, scelto in base a severi controlli, ed additivi scrupolosamente selezionati assicurano a questo prodotto una durata notevolmente superiore. Una speciale attivazione zolfo/fosforo conferisce inoltre a quest’olio uno straordinario potere di resistenza a estreme pressioni (EP) con una spiccata diminuzione dell’attrito e conseguente minimizzazione di usura dei cambi ed ingranaggi anche sotto le più severe condizioni d’esercizio. Ulteriore effetto di questa ottimale lubrificazione è una straordinaria silenziosità dei riduttori. ATOIL T 80 corrisponde in tutti i punti alle prescrizioni delle specifiche MIL-L-2105 B e C ed alle classifiche API GL 5.

BURIAN è un prodotto ad alto rendimento di ultima generazione, formulato per l’utilizzo su motori a cogenerazione alimentati a gas. Sotto la supervisione dei più affermati produttori di motori, BURIAN è stato a lungo testato e analizzato nelle condizioni di lavoro più estreme dimostrando ottime capacità e lunga durata su impianti a cogenerazione gas e biogas. BURIAN rappresenta l’ultima evoluzione tecnica nel suo campo, il risultato della sinergia tra le migliori basi minerali e additivi specifici e innovativi per questo tipo di applicazioni. E’ infatti noto che l’utilizzo di gas particolari, nella fattispecie di biogas, rappresenta un problema a livello di lubrificazione degli organi meccanici e di durata del lubrificante. CALOR 100 rappresenta una serie di oli minerali a base paraffinica severamente raffinati ed additivati idonei per l’impiego in condizioni di temperatura molto elevate. CALOR 100 trova impiego idoneo negli impianti oleotermici convenzionali chiusi a medio-alta velocità di circolazione, funzionanti in un campo di temperature comprese fra -8°C e +350°C. Può essere usato per impianti a doppio ciclo operativo (riscaldamento e raffreddamento) e in apparecchiature termiche nelle quali la superficie dell'olio caldo è a diretto contatto con l'atmosfera. I campi di impiego possono essere i piú vari: impianti centralizzati di riscaldamento, industria del legno, tessile e della carta, generazione di vapore, industrie elettromeccaniche e meccaniche, impianti di verniciatura, ecc.
