POLAR FOOD
POLAR FOOD è un anticongelante di tipo permanente a base di glicole monopropilenico che si distingue per l’assenza nel suo pacchetto inibitore di ammine, nitriti e fosfati. POLAR FOOD, per la sua composizione e per le proprietà tecniche, è indicato sia per l’utilizzo su mezzi di trasporto che per impianti del settore alimentare. Il prodotto è infatti innocuo e non etichettato. Grazie alla particolare additivazione, POLAR FOOD assicura perfetta protezione anticorrosiva e anti-ruggine verso tutti i metalli che costituiscono le varie parti del circuito di raffreddamento in modo particolare verso l’alluminio. POLAR FOOD limita la formazione di schiume e previene fenomeni di usura da cavitazione. POLAR FOOD protegge le guarnizioni e le parti elastomeriche a contatto. POLAR FOOD è un prodotto facilmente biodegradabile (secondo norma OECD 301A).
NYLSET T
NYLSET T is formulated following a new detergency concept that takes into account not only the highest efficiency level but also the operator’s health and safety. Used in the recommended dilutions, NYLSET T is safe for any use and application, it does not damage varnished, lacquered, and enameled surfaces as well as plastic materials even the most delicate such as Plexiglas or polycarbonate. NYLSET T is safe for users and accidental contact with the product does not cause particular irritants nor allergic reactions. NYLSET T is not flammable and is to be used always and in any situation diluted in water, it does not leave smears or residues and rinsing is not necessary. NYLSET T is compatible with water-based emulsions used in tooling machinery. NYLSET T is a low foam detergent and therefore is suitable for any industrial and maintenance application including food-grade industry following H.A.C.C.P. norms. NYLSET T is promptly bio-degradable over 90%.
AVIAL SYLITEA
AVIAL SYLITEA è un grasso speciale formulato con oli sintetici particolarmente selezionati a viscosità molto bassa e sapone di litio di particolare finezza. AVIAL SYLITEA è un grasso lubrificante biodegradabile.
ANTARES HEPR PLUS
ANTARES HEPR PLUS is a synthetic biodegradable hydraulic fluid specifically developed for all hydraulic systems operating in environmentally sensitive or protected areas. This product is the result of the most recent technologies and combines the quality features of fully synthetic PAO fluids and biodegradability in a unique, high performance product. It fully deserves its HEPR (Hydraulic Oil Environmental Polyalphaolefine and Related Products) classification. ANTARES HEPR PLUS is an extremely hig-performance lubricant and it is suitable for the most demanding hydraulic applications. ANTARES HEPR PLUS corresponds to the DIN 51524 technical requirements, part II for HLP hydraulic fluids and part III for HVLP fluids. This is product with particularly elevated and stabile viscosity index and low pour point. For this reason, it is very suitable for use in applications working under large range of working temperatures as well as for the mobile or stationary equipment and machinery operating in cold climate or mountain areas. ANTARES HEPR PLUS is perfectly compatible with the most commonly used elastomers and it can be mixed with other mineral or synthetic hydraulic fluids (except those ester based). It this case it can lose its biodegradability. PAO base oil of this high performance lubricant provides perfect resistance to water and humidity as well as excellent air release and water separation properties and extremely reduced foaming.
